TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
Our CNC (Computer Numeric Controlled) water jet cutting system emits a 60,000 PSI (pounds per square inch of pressure ) stream of water at speeds of up to Mach II.
RCI has 4 water jet tables: 2 tables 48” x 96” with dual head capacity, 1 table 72” x 144” and 1 table 72” x 80” with single head capacity, running off 3 x 100 hp intensifier pumps.
We are capable of cutting profiles in materials from 0.005” – 12” thick. Kerf width ranges from 0.030” – 0.060”. Tolerance of +/- 0.010.
RCI will work to your specifications using vector CAD files, concept designs and ideas, blue prints, scaled faxes, e-mail files, floppy, cd or zip disk and will provide electronic storage of your custom computer files for future use or revision.
